Development and Design of a Filling Center for Mono and Double Chamber Bags for the Pharmaceutical Industry
A new robot is to be developed on the basis of an existing handling robot with a significantly higher picking rate and a broader field of application.
A magazine and substrate handling system was to be developed for the stand-alone version of a plasma-cleaner.
Product definition and development were required for a new, highly modularized and standardized platform for secondary packaging systems at lower production cost.
A system was to be developed to coat large glasses for LCD production. Loading and unloading is done with an external handler. An internal handling robot transfers the glass from a load lock module to the process chamber and back. The process runs in a high-vacuum environment. Our tasks included:
Development of an automatic vertical arrissing for industrial glasses
Re-engineering and Cost-Down of a CNC Tool grinding cell for bar blades of all spiral bevel and hypoid gear cutting processes
Development of a fully automatic 96-channel parallel DNA synthesizer.
