Simulation and Modeling of a Handling Robot
A new robot is to be developed on the basis of an existing handling robot with a significantly higher picking rate and a broader field of application.
Our tasks included:
- Multibody dynamic simulation of the robot's movement process
- Design of the driving motors
- Design of the transmission units
- Calculating the forces placed on the bearings
- Calculating the forces and accelerations placed on the arms and frame
- Detailed fatigue verification of the whole structure
