Melting Point Measuring Device
A melting point measuring device can be used to analyze melting points or boiling points. It is used primarily in the analysis of foodstuffs. A product which had been successful for many years was to be replaced by a new product with a much more extensive range of features.
Our tasks:
- Development of the device electronics
- Circuit development of the computer board
- Coordination with the firmware development
- Support for designing the optical measurement technology
- Connecting, interfaces, user interface
- Layout design, coordination of production
- Test specification, verification, certificate of conformity
Procedure:
Helbling Technik was responsible for the development of the entire electronics hardware of the device from the concept to the start of series production.
Result:
The device was successfully transferred to series production and launched onto the market by the customer.
