Motor Control Board
Helbling Technik was contracted to develop a replacement for a product which was no longer available. We were requested to adopt a number of circuit components from various existing subassemblies and to make these compatible with one another. A newly developed switch-mode power supply also had to be integrated on the board.
Our tasks:
- The creation and detailed definition of the specifications for the subassembly
- Hardware concept and establishing the software architecture
- Construction of laboratory models
- Layout development
- Software development with adjustable operational parameters via USB interface
- Design and commissioning of the prototypes
Result:
Helbling Technik delivered prototypes and pre-production boards with the associated, fully tested software, on time, despite the very tight schedule.
