Pressure Regulator
Helbling Technik supported the development of a small pressure regulator for a new, passive-type and portable infusion pump (diameter 27mm x 29mm). Work also included verification of the pressure regulation and the flow function.
Characteristics of the pressure regulator:
- Inlet pressure 0.7-1.1 bar
- Outlet pressure 0.6 bar ±1%
- Sensitivity <1% with respect to the inlet pressure difference
- Adjustable screw for specifying the outlet pressure set value, 0-0.6 bar
- Integral ventilation membrane, antibacterial filter and On/Off switch
- Highly precise flow quantity with an output of 2-12ml/h ±5%
- Unit costs: <7 USD, incl. packaging
