Precision Blade Grinding Machine
Helbling Technik was involved in the development of a new blade grinding machine which replaced three existing types of machine with partially overlapping fields of application.

Results:
Maintaining the same processing precision, the manufacturing costs were reduced by 30%, thereby achieving the target. The footprint of the machine was also reduced to a minimum. Feeding can take place manually, semi-automatically or by means of automatic magazine handling.
