Reference process models are used to analyze selected parts of the company and to quantify areas of potential in a quick and structured manner. In order to tap into this potential, we work together with you to model optimized reference processes; which then serve as the basis for deriving IT and organizational requirements. The extent to which processes should be adapted to IT, or IT to processes, is also decided at this stage. We can help you redesign your application architecture, draw up IT specifications, and choose the appropriate software. We also provide support for tenders, contract negotiations, execution planning, project management, and implementation control.
