Winner of the 2009 ASCO Award for “Excellent Strategy Transformation”

Helbling Management Consulting receives the award for “Excellent Strategy Transformation”:

Within the framework of the award celebration held annually for the best transformation projects supported by management consultants in Switzerland, the Lienhard Office Group together with Helbling Management Consulting received the Certificate for Excellent Strategy Transformation. Following a thorough review of different strategic variants undertaken by Lista Office, the project focused on developing the market leadership in Switzerland as strategic goal. In the course of this process, the acquisition of the fellow competitor Interoffice was sought and successfully concluded. Together with the Denz Co., the integrated Lienhard Office Group, Switzerland’s leading office furnisher, was established. For both companies, this step also constituted a solution for the short- and long-term succession planning. The consulting support provided by Helbling Management Consulting comprised the phase of strategy review, negotiation support, and post merger planning and integration.
